Background

Simulation courses are often designed to improve CRM skills. Can this be measured over the course of one day of simulation training and is a three day course worth the time and expense compared to a one day course?

Aims

Prospective cross-over study using evaluation of recorded simulations. Outcomes: TEAMS scale to measure
performance, time to correct medical treatment, sound-level in simulation room. Data insamling over one year.
