Can I come to the course as an observer?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept observers for the courses. We prioritize the psychological safety of the course participants in the simulation situations, and therefore we do not want to have too many. However, it is perfectly possible to register as a participant to get an idea of the course, even if you are an experienced anesthesiologist. Contact the office.
Can I borrow TAASK cases or iPADS to hold simulations?
We care about our cases, which all have a real-life background, and do not want them to be spread outside the course concept. Therefore, our policy is that course participants do not talk about the cases in detail at home, nor do they use them outside the course concept. We also do not lend out our iPADS.
Can I borrow TAASK's airway box to hold a workshop?
The airway box is available for rent! Detailed information is available under the "airway workshop" tab.
When will a new edition of the checklist manual be released?
Work is underway on an updated version, which will be available before summer 2026.
When will a new edition of the TAASK book be released?
Preliminary work is underway to update the book. We hope to present a new edition by 2027. Perhaps you are interested in participating in the revision? We are looking for new chapter authors who have completed the TAASK course. Please contact the office!
What happens to my course fee if I get sick and cannot attend?
Unfortunately, the course fee is not refundable in the event of illness, but you are welcome to transfer your place to another colleague at your clinic.
If there are reserves to be filled at short notice, the course fee can be refunded. Always contact our office as soon as you know you cannot come!
